Our labor and delivery specialists
HCA Florida Physicians provides access to maternity specialists to ensure you and your baby receive the care that is right for you. Our OB/GYNs, midwives and high-risk pregnancy doctors (high-risk OB/GYNs) are highly trained to care for pregnant women, deliver babies and care for women during the postpartum period.
If you chose midwifery services or to work with an OB/GYN and unexpected circumstances arise during pregnancy, our high-risk OB/GYNs can help. They will partner with you and your provider for the rest of your pregnancy and through your labor and delivery.
Our providers are supported by highly trained labor and delivery teams—including nurses and anesthesiologists—at the hospital. Your doctor or midwife collaborates with this team to provide personalized, compassionate care and support throughout your childbirth experience and hospital stay.
